- Adaptable to new work environments, facilities (inpatient/outpatient, hospitals, surgery centers)
Essential Job Duties:
- Able to prepare and perform intraoperative neurodiagnostic testing, including EMG, triggered EMG (Cranial Nerves included), Sensory and Motor Evoked Potentials, EEG, and ABR to standards of the company, ABRET, and ACNS
- Strong demonstration of documenting of intraoperative events necessary
- Knowledge of neuroanesthesia agents and their application to intraoperative monitoring
- Analytic and problem solving abilities with Cadwell, Microsoft Office and various computer applications
- Knowledge of neuroanatomy, physiology, physics and electronics/electrical safety is essential
- Physical Demands: lift and push 50+ lbs, walking to and from units and buildings
Competitive Candidates will have:
- CNIM certification or CNIM eligibility with previous EP / EEG certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in science related field
- Spine, Neuro, Vascular, ENT experience (1 year minimum)
- Clinical experience is a plus, not required
- CPR/BCLS certification
